About
Colby Faucett
Colby is a multi-instrument musician local to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor's of Music in Jazz Studies, he has spent years honing his craft and has had many experiences sharing his knowledge with others. Today, Colby practices and performs solo jazz guitar and plays in rock groups while teaching lessons in guitar, piano, and bass.
My Philosophy
As a teacher, I strive to provide an education that tailors to the individual needs of each of my students. Whether you are discovering the guitar for the first time or have been playing for years, I will give you an education that suites your experience, goals, and schedule.
For me, music is therapy. When I teach, my goal is to share the joy that I get from playing and the satisfaction from progress. My top priority is to make this a fun activity that you look forward to every day while still working towards your goals.
